SOC 2 compliance
Morphe has been SOC 2 Type I certified since August 2026 and is working toward SOC 2 Type II.
What SOC 2 is
Section titled “What SOC 2 is”SOC 2 is an audit framework from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). An independent auditor assesses the controls a company has in place to protect the data of its customers: security, availability, and confidentiality.
Type I and Type II
Section titled “Type I and Type II”- Type I confirms that our controls are properly designed at a given date. This is the certification Morphe holds today.
- Type II confirms that those same controls operate effectively over an observation period of several months. Morphe is in that observation period now.
