Introduction

Morphe captures the knowledge of your organization’s experts before it leaves with them, for example when someone retires.

How it works

1. You invite your experts. An expert is someone from your company whose knowledge you want to keep. You invite them yourself by adding an employee.
2. The experts talk with an AI agent. Through guided voice sessions, the agent covers the topics of the expert’s capture plan, one conversation at a time.
3. The knowledge becomes a knowledge base. What the experts said is organized into chapters you read directly in the app.
4. Your colleagues ask it questions. Invite your colleagues to the platform: they ask the knowledge base their questions through the chat.

Captured knowledge is viewed in the app; exporting it out of the platform isn’t possible for now.
