Data retention
How long Morphe keeps your organization’s data (knowledge bases, recordings, transcripts and user accounts) depends on whether the organization has ever paid for Morphe.
Free trial never converted
Section titled “Free trial never converted”If your free trial ends and your organization does not subscribe within 1 year, your organization and all its data are permanently deleted.
Subscribing before that year is up keeps everything: your knowledge bases, recordings and users are still there.
Paying customers
Section titled “Paying customers”If your organization paid for Morphe, we keep its data for 3 years after your subscription ends, then permanently delete it. This applies to organizations that started on a free trial and later subscribed.
We tell you first
Section titled “We tell you first”When your organization reaches that date, its owners receive an email, and the data is deleted 30 days later. Subscribing during those 30 days cancels the deletion.
Deletion is permanent
Section titled “Deletion is permanent”Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. To keep the captured knowledge, renew your subscription before the deadline, or write to morphe-support@vooban.com.
