Data residency in Canada
The data Morphe stores for your organization is kept in Canada, in Google Cloud data centers in the Montréal region (northamerica-northeast1).
What is stored in Canada
Section titled “What is stored in Canada”- Your knowledge bases: the chapters built from what your experts said.
- Session recordings and transcripts.
- The application database: your organization, its users, capture plans and topics.
- Backups of that database.
This data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
What happens outside of Canada
Section titled “What happens outside of Canada”To hold a voice conversation and to write the knowledge base, Morphe relies on specialized providers (real-time audio and AI models). Some of them process the conversation outside of Canada while it happens.
